2. What happens if I need to cancel?

*Cancellations made 7 business days or more before the course will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after that.

3. Do I need special software?

Nope! Just a device with internet access. We use Microsoft Teams for live delivery.

4. Will I get access to the recording if I miss the live session?
No, these courses are delivered live and are not recorded. To ensure compliance and participation, we recommend attending the full session on your chosen date.

5. Can I join the course from outside the U.S.?
Yes! These are live online sessions hosted via Microsoft Teams, and you can join from anywhere in the world. Just make sure to adjust for the 8 AM Pacific Time start.
